Spacious, modern downtown cottage for you, your peeps and pup!

When you stay with us, you will find that Auer House (pronounced “our”) is a modern home close to everything you need. It’s cozy, super clean, and has a hardwired workspace. Every room has a closet, smart TV, ceiling fan and overhead lighting. The fenced-in backyard includes Adirondack chairs and fire pit as well as a patio area.

Auer House is less than 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Pensacola, two miles from the newly opened Portside Pickle, 20 minutes from the these most beautiful beaches, and 15 minutes from NAS Pensacola and the famous Blue Angels. Sit on the front porch and catch a glimpse of them as they practice, and hear the roar of the engines! We have restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Sanders Beach is a quick 7 minute drive away. You'll also find a newly built dog park just across the street adjacent to a park for everyone else! (We do have a $65 pet fee for their stay.) Each bedroom has its own closet, blackout shades, and memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep. We have a kitchen stocked fully with all the tools you need to fix a quick breakfast or gourmet meal! A separate living space offers a workspace and comfy sectional to watch TV. Beach towels will be provided upon request. Please give me two-day’s notice. And, of course, we offer contactless check-in with our front door doorbell camera and keypad!

Auer House is available for short-term or longer-term rentals. And we love our military! My dad was a Navy veteran, so please ask me about our military discount. It’s the least we can do! Excellent stay in Pensacola

This was one of the best (if not the best) stays in Pensacola that we’ve had. The cottage is spotless, it had everything we needed, and the location is great. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I will recommend it to friends and family who are looking to visit Pensacola.

Downtown Pensacola

We were looking for old Pensacola and cool downtown things to do and the weekend did not disappoint. The house had a great location with park across the street and just a few minutes drive to downtown.

Very attractive and comfortable property! Extremely convenient location for watching baseball at Blue Wahoos stadium (5 minute drive)! The home was well stocked for our 4 night stay-no need to buy dish soap, garbage bags, etc. If you have a dog, the fenced dog park across the street would be great!! Would definitely stay again!! More than Met Expectations

The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. Amenities abound, the house had everything we needed and more. The fenced backyard was very relaxing with comfy chairs. And our puppy loved the house too. Susan had everything for a dog, in case we may have forgotten something. It is centrally located to just about everything in Pensacola. And our host, Susan, was great - very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Peace in the Pensacola

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water even when you're the 4 th one of the morning. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the park with my daughter. We will stay here again.

Wonderful home

Cannot say enough about how nice this property is and how good the host was. This was probably the cleanest and nicest vrbo that we have ever stayed in. Great for pets as there is a dog park directly across the street. Back yard with gas fire pit was a bonus for hanging out in the evening. Will definitely stay again.

Great Place

We have rented houses frequently in different locations, this has been the best. It was so clean and the kitchen was well stoked. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location and will stay here again.

Very pleased

Susan worked with us so that we could get in the house early to get ready for my son’s graduation. Very accommodating. Super nice. The location is close to the downtown area and the water. Not walking distance though but still close. I would recommend this house. There is also a very nice dog park right across the street. There looked like a small play ground for the little ones too.

The property is so clean and in a convenient location. This property blows it out of the water from the comfortable beds to the fenced-in yard. It is very comfortable for a family and extremely clean. The owner is speedy to respond to any questions. I would stay here again.
