Nice place

Clean, comfortable, quiet & roomy. Lots of stairs. The fitness center, beach club & shuttle are convenient. Close to good restaurants.

Perfect even on a rainy day

Great vacation!!

Everything was as described. Very clean, everything you need is there. The only thing was there wasn’t a garage door opener which made it a little inconvenient. Pet friendly which was the reason we booked it. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

Great condo with nice facilities

We really enjoyed the condo and it's facilities. The main pool, beach club, and tennis/pickleball courts were all very nice. The condo was nice as well and had plenty of room for our family of four.

Great family trip!

We loved salty summers and will definitely be back! It was our first time staying at Perfido Key and have to say it may be our new favorite! The location is as good as you can get without being directly on Gulf side and the large pool was awesome…and large enough there was always a chair available when we were there. I could go on and on about amenities….especially the use of The Beach Club

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time at Coastal Living! The home is beautiful and the view of the ocean was an added bonus! Patty was always responsive to any questions which was greatly appreciated. We spent most of our time at the beach, and enjoyed the bikes at the property.

Perdido Key Getaway

Really nice condo with a perfect location. No cable tv so I had to watch games on my phone or go out. Very clean and beds were nice. Free golf with the stay was really nice!

We loved our stay here!!

We arrived and our check in was simple and very fast. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean and cozy. The screened in porch was a very nice touch and was so relaxing. The house is very well stocked and even has a beach cart, umbrella and chairs so you don’t have to pack up and bring your own from home. We loved the shuttle service that picks you up and takes you across the road to the beach club house where chairs and umbrellas are provided complimentary on a first come basis. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this townhome. Lost Key is a great place to stay. The beach club and private beach area is nice. Didn’t get a chance to check out the community pool. This rental has all hardwoods which is what we were looking for as my husband is allergic to most carpets. Very clean and instructions easy and flawless. Would highly recommend. I’m from this area and it was nice weekend vacation while also visiting my family.

Great location in Perdido Key

We were very happy with our stay at Lost Shaker of Salt. The area was still suffering from effects of Hurricane Sally while we were there, so some amenities were not yet reopened. There is plenty to do in the area, so even though the Beach Club and Golf Course were not yet reopened, we easily kept ourselves entertained! The beach is very easy access to the townhome, and all the neighbors we met are very friendly and helpful. Lost Key is a lovely area, and there are great restaurants/activities in Perdido, Orange Beach and the city of Pensacola. It's fun to get out and explore after a nice morning beach walk. We played afternoon tennis or went to the pool and also absolutely loved the back screened porch for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Parking

Parking is an issue if you have a large vehicle it will not fit in the garage. No parking on the street so you can never have more then 2 vehicles. No extra parking anywhere. Online it looked a very large garage.

Charming Beach Condo with Private Beach

This Perdido Beach condo unit is in a very clean, quiet gated community and sits about 1/2 mile from the oceanfront. It is within walking distance of the beach if you are an adult in good physical condition, and there is a shuttle that runs constantly if you prefer to ride. It comes with incredible amenities including golf onsite, two pools, a wonderful fitness center, a PRIVATE beach and a beach club. The beach club provides up to four chairs and two umbrellas for the beach. The unit itself is extremely clean, comfortable and extremely well-done with washer, dryer, nice kitchen, a grill - everything to make your stay just like home. Supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries are provided for the first 24 hours, so be prepared to resupply those for the duration of your stay. Check-in and checkout was easy; we only experienced one glitch with communication that was quickly rectified by the owners. Definitely recommend this charming unit for a relaxing beach vacation. Our party of four adults and two children was very comfortable; we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Lost Key,Quality of the unit was not what we expected

We have stayed in Lost Key twice before in other units that were nice but there was some issues with this one. In addition to the lengthy check in process at the gate our unit was not very clean. It was clear from the smell and the dirty carpet that dogs had been there and it was not properly cleaned. The downstairs toilet was filthy, the microwave didn’t work, the curtain rod to the back porch fell over daily and the handle to the back porch was dangling. We had to call maintenance for the fire alarm battery going off in the middle of the night and while they were so nice there were just too many other issues that to be honest I should not have to deal with while on vacation.

Stairway to sore knees

Property was very well-appointed. It is close to many nice restaurants and the bartender at the beach gave us great recommendations. When it is a nice day and many people are going to the beach, the transport took too long and we ended up walking quite a distance. It would have been a much nicer visit if the pool was heated. Also, for older people, in our sixties, the many steps got to be a huge issue after about the first week. Just too many from front door to the second floor.
