This beautiful one bedroom cottage is conveniently located near the stunning resort style swimming pool and Tiki Bar/Grill.

Imagine yourself sunbathing, listening to live music while sipping on your favorite island drink and cooling off under the cave waterfall.

This cottage has recently been stylishly renovated with a coastal theme. It is a ground level unit and parking is directly in front.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, our unit comes with a new king size bed, two large flat screen TV’s, queen size sleeper sofa, two comfortable chairs, screened - in porch, wireless internet, cable and washer/dryer.

Perdido Key has many excellent restaurants, but, if you prefer dining in-our kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for the avid chef.

The Purple Parrot Resort is a Key West style resort located on the barrier island of Perdido Key. It’s just three minutes away from beautiful white sand beaches. In addition to the large outdoor pool with two waterfalls and island hot tub, the resort also boasts an indoor pool which is heated during the cooler months, an indoor hot tub, two saunas and a fitness center.

The resort is surrounded by amenities, including golf, swimming, world-class fishing, marina, miles of beachcombing and great restaurants.

Highly recommend

The property was very clean and neat. There was plenty of linen for the sofa bed as well as towels. It smelt very good when we arrived very cozy and quiet the tiki bar and the beach area. I’m sorry the pool area was very nice. Will recommend to others to stay here. Again at this property if it’s available, had a great time family in enjoyed.

SLO MO Getaway

We had a lovely stay at Slo Mo just before the Thanksgiving Holiday. A great place to relax with a lovely coastal decor. Everything was just perfect. The Tiki Bar is a must for great service (Breezy) and exceptional music. We would definitely stay there again!!!

The condo was very nice, actually better than the pictures. The area surrounding the condos was very clean, quiet, and serene. It was a very nice getaway from home and we will definitely be booking this spot again.

We have vacationed on the Gulf the last 20+ years the best place we have ever stayed. The cottage was perfect looked brand new when we walked in. It was very comfortable and inviting. The Slow Mo condo at the Purple Parrot exceeded our expectations! Clean, nice furnishings, convenient check in, comfy bed, quaint and quiet. We could hear music from the room but that didn’t surprise or bother us since we knew about the live music daily. This is an extremely comfortable and functional condo for a couple. We would stay there again !

The condo was decorated cute and it had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy too! The owners were responsive to any questions or concerns upon arrival. We would have been able to get into it a few hours early if we would have been the area. The resort was nice and it was great to have the bar and entertainment.

Great Unit for a Small Family

The Slow Mo condo was perfect for our 7 day vacation! It provided everything we needed in a clean, spacious room. The condo had plenty of dishes, extras like towels, shampoo and laundry soaps that have been left from previous guests which is nice! I would recommend this specific unit again. Also, the Purple Parrot is a great place for multiple families to meet, sweet and hang out.

Great little place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was ready earlier than our arrival time so the owner let us check in early which is a huge bonus. The condo was immaculate. Very clean, nicely furnished and even smelled great. You can clearly tell they take pride in their rental and strive to offer top notch accommodations. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The sofa bed would even be fine for an adult to sleep. The owner provides a few trash bags, 2 rolls toilet paper, roll or 2 of paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, 2 laundry detergent pods and travel size toiletries. The unit also has a hair dryer , salt/pepper and some beach toys and boogie boards. All you need to bring are beach towels/umbrella/chairs. The pool was fabulous but could use some umbrellas as there's not a lot if shade. The employees were very friendly. You can tell it is a very laid back place. We'll definitely be back and won't hesitate to stay in Slow Mo again!

Peaceful coastal style retreat

This is a nice, clean & comfy place to relax and recharge. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and live band. It was well equipped. We would stay there again and recommend to our friends and family.

The property was well maintained and the pool area was clean.Need more tables poolside. 3 is not enough.The Tiki grill was only opened 3 days all week. We were told they could not find a cook. The day they were open 2 cheeseburgers was 41.00 (not a typo).

We had a restful getaway. Sat on the screen porch evenings. Everything you need for a beach trip is there; beach chairs, umbrella, cart etc. tasteful beach decor, near the pool if you want to walk.Very clean. Owners communicated well- gave us all the information we needed. We’d be happy to stay again.

Stayed here for a week trip. Very convenient to beach, food, and activities. Was missing the pool wristbands on check in. Owner very responsive and took care of it quickly. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the decoration of the condo. Has been made a favorite for next trip here!
