Public beach accesses are an easy 15 minute drive away. This is a perfect place to launch your paddleboard, or kayak and the jet ski rental is just a few doors down. There are long stretches of safe sidewalks if you wish to bring your bike. Harbour Point has a huge pool deck with a fantastic cooking area. It is one of the best places to launch a kayak and also has a private marina. Jet ski rentals are available a couple of doors down if you want to go looking for dolphins or take a short ride out to the white sand island in the deep water Pass to the Gulf. You might be lucky enough to catch the Blue Angels buzzing down the beach on a practice day!

Beginning Monday, December 22nd, the walkway deck coating project will proceed with demolition of the existing floor coatings during normal working hours.
This will take place on the 4th - 8th floors. There may be some noise and vacuuming for dust throughout the building.
The walkways can be used during the demolition (proceed with caution), and after demolition.
