Great Location

This is our 8th summer staying at waterscape, and we really enjoyed this unit for its location and views. The staff was great to help with any issues that came up with the condo and definitely look forward to staying there again in the future.

Another Amazing Week at Waterscape

We had another amazing vacation at Waterscape! We LOVED our unit A408, it had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable week. The view is amazing! I love renting with Coastal Vibe Vacations! I don't rent with anyone else. I love knowing that their standards of comfort and cleanliness are top-notch! We have been vacationing at Waterscape for years and have no intention of going anywhere else!

Clean room with a great view!

The room was clean and updated and nice. The beach was beautiful and our kids had a blast. We booked this place for the pool but we only used it on our first day. The resort itself was a little outdated and the hallway floor was soaking wet and smelly upon arrival. The crew had fans set up to try and dry it out. The smell was gone by our last day. Location was nice with several restaurants and stores nearby.

Best condo around!!!

This is our second year staying in this exact condo.... it is simply the best!! It had prime location with an excellent ocean view. Close to the elevators and stairs... brings you right out to the entrance of the pool or the walkway down to the beach (about a 3 minute walk). Love the fact that it comes with the 2 chairs and umbrella for the beach!!! Working with Coastal Vibe Vacations is the way to go... they answered all of our questions promptly and make the process so easy for check out! Cannot wait to come back again next year!

Family fun

The location, the condo, the VIEW! Absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed. The condo was exactly as described and in the photos. The complex even had different events around the pool for everyone which just added another experience for us (mostly kids related). My son in law ended up getting to come as a surprise after we arrived. I emailed to see if we could get another pool band and they dropped one off for us! Definitely rebooking here for my next vacation!

Had a great time again at Waterscape with my Mom and sister. We luckily missed the snow in January! The unit was great tho a lounge chair or 2 would be appreciated for the balcony. Coastal Vibes is always great to work with and responsive to any needs. We did feel that the hallways (could use new carpet) and stairwells are starting to look a little dingy. Was so nice to finally have the heated pool be warmer than other years so hopefully that continues and it could even be a little warmer but so wish the kiddie pool and lazy river were heated because both are too cold.

I was blown away by coastal vibes from beginning to end. The booking process was easy and the information that was emailed before the trip was detailed, helpful and easy to follow. Our stay was great. Unit was nicely decorated, clean and had everything as promised. The team members I spoke to on the phone before the trip to ask some questions were prompt and helpful in answering my question. When we realized we made a mistake and left something behind after our stay, Karissa went above and beyond in helping us get that item back for our son. We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape...again. We have been coming here since 2009 and seem to gravitate to this area and the Waterscape appeal. This was our first stay in a Coastal Vibes unit and everything was in order. The unit was clean and beds were very comfortable. Coastal appears to be ahead in making upgrades to their units as the facility ages. The booking experience was easy and the staff was very friendly. They checked in with us during our stay to be sure everything was to our satisfaction and encouraged us to bring any issues to their attention. They even brought in a new glass dining table top while we were there. The wood surface had become tacky probably something to do with cleaners reacting with the finish. The point is their cleaning and management team identified the problem prior to our arrival and proactively acted to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our stay was trouble free, fun and relaxing...exactly why we have been coming here for 15 years and plan to in the future.

Resort- Top notch- pools were wonderful, accessible beach acess easy and quick, with accessible ramps to beach access. Resort staff keep the area clean and are visibly seen throughout the stay caring for the resort and grounds. There is also an onsite tiki hut that sells drinks and food during the day which is nice, and onsite activities offered by the resort during the week like pirate show, glow party, fireworks, etc. Parking was easy in garage. Room- We had a party of 5 and one that was special needs. Condo was clean and spacious. Coastal Vibes were easy to work with and accommodated some of our additional needs for our son's medical needs. They also provided an array of starter items like laundry detergent, trash bags etc which made it so nice to not have to shop immediately upon arrival. The ocean and pool views from the room were beautiful. Loved having a large table to accommodate our party both on the patio and in the house. Room is very close to elevators and stair access to pool area. The hallways to the rooms are indoor and air conditioned. So nice when coming back from day in the sun. We can't wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful family getaway at Waterscape Resort in Ft. Walton! The location couldn't have been more perfect — we had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean right from our unit, which made every morning feel like a dream.
