「Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.」

「Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn! The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. The sitting room at the back of the property was rather dark and we didn’t use it but I can imagine it being a cosy space in winter. As mentioned by a previous guest there was a smell of oil/fuel...

「I booked this very last minute, and im incredibly glad i did. We were greeted by a lovely friendly couple who couldn't of made us feel more welcome. Absolutely beautiful setting, surrounded by picturesque countryside. The accommodation was compact but well equipped and very cute. Immaculately clean with fresh towels for our use. A set for showering and a set for the hot tub. Hot Tub was the cherry on the cake perfect for a relaxing weekend. I cannot wait to book again. 」

「Rooms are comfy, beds are big enough for a good nights sleep. The furniture is a little dated although they are going through an upgrade. Service in bar area was slow, there was only 1 working running 2 areas it was ok when quiet but when people started coming in it could have been up to twenty minutes waiting for a drink. "This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it."
