Great family vacation!
We were very happy with the stay! The pool was heated and very clean. The kids had a blast! Very close to the beach and walking distance to many winery’s. We’ll back!

Another amazing stay!
This was our 2nd time staying at Gordon’s place and it was everything we’d remembered. We had 4 adults and two kids and we found the house very spacious and had room for everyone. The central A/C was perfect with the +34 temperatures we had. We absolutely adore Varro, the lovely white dog who is so friendly and couldn’t wait to greet us every time we came back. The free range chickens were very cool to see and would happily wander around the yard while we were in the pool. We loved coming back to a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day out. We loved to see all the fruit trees out the back. The house is situated on a hill surrounded by orchards and wineries and only a short drive to the beach and the amazing river float. There is so much to do in Penticton. We can’t wait to come back and hope we’ll be lucky enough to book Gordon’s place again!

Lovely property and farm experience
We had a really great stay at the farm. The kids loved the pool and chickens, and especially the farm dog Varro. Our check-in was a bit delayed by the owner and the place could have used a more thorough cleaning. Overall, a great location and property and lots of fun memories!

Climbing week with friends
Spent a week here with friends. It was in a perfect location for all of our needs. Gordon and Malcolm were fantastic with helping out with things around the house. We'll definitely come back.

Wonderful stay!
The house and location was perfect for our family gathering. There is plenty of space and a beautiful orchard with apples, pears, walnuts, chickens and a super friendly farm dog. Wineries abound and there is easy access right from the house to the stunning Kettle Valley Rail trail. It was a perfect stay.

Great place to stay!
We are a family of 5 we have older children, we loved the house and the pool was so nice. Dan the care taker was a pleasure to have around and Gordon the owner was so nice. Checked in to make sure everything was in order and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again. The best part was Varo the dog on the property. Best friends for life.

Annual retreat
This is our second time at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as last year. The yard is amazing with fruit trees, fabulous outdoor pool, flowers and mountain views. It’s very quiet and serene. Our kids loved interacting with the free range chickens and Varro, the loving, friendly farm dog. We will absolutely be back!

An Awsome Stay
Our stay at this home was excellent. Friendly, clean, well located and felt like our home away from home. There were three couples staying here. Although it was cozy in the house, we spent most of our time outside in the garden and pool area. We will definitely return for another vacation.

This GEM is situated minutes from downtown Penticton, in the heart of wine country! No matter how you recreate, a dip in the pool on a private orchard is a great compliment to anyone's day!

Springtime in Penticton
We are 5 friends visiting Penticton, for Saturday Farmers Market, bicycling the KVR, visiting wineries, hanging out at the farm with beautiful dog Varo. Farm feels like our home away from home. Everything spotless and easy to find. Property Daniel is so amenable and available when necessary. Owner Gord and son Malcom feel like old friends. Don’t forget, you can buy the tastiest freshest walnuts from the big tree, and gorgeous flower baskets made by Malcom. We love the place. And will be back again.

Wonderful Location!
We had an excellent 2-week stay at this orchard home! It served as a perfect central location for climbing in Skaha, hanging out downtown and walking to wineries. We enjoyed using the bbq and walking through the orchard downtown. We did a lot of cooking and would recommend outfitting the kitchen with a few more items (salt/pepper, cheese grater, aluminum foil, a set of wine glasses). Otherwise definitely would stay here again! Especially to pet Varro the Handsome Farm Dog :)

Beautiful surroundings
We had a restorative weekend with family. The unit is set in an orchard with beautiful views out both front and back. So many wineries are nearby. Lots of space with three comfortable bedrooms, each with own thermostat for cooler nights. updated bath (lovely shower) and newer kitchen. Property manager in adjoining duplex was very responsive. Loved having access to the newer washer/dryer. Loved walking the property, the friendly dog, sitting outside (front or back) and quieter location away from the traffic and bustle of downtown. Excellent value.

Super comfortable, spacious, well appointed house. great location for accessing Nickel Plate and Apex. Congenial and attentive host. Had a wonderful break from Lower Mainland. Snow awesome at Nickel Plate. Will be back for summer fun. Biking, wine tasting, hiking.

Private, orchard experience, pool, comfortable, friendly place. Despite IMC being postpone to 2022 my wife and 2 daughters (4&6 Yrs old) stayed at this hidden gem in Penticton. Plenty of room, clean, Private and friendly. The old farm dog and the chickens were a hit with my daughters. Easy and short access to downtown and shops as well as lots of places for bike/swim/run we will be back in 2022

Hidden gem
Great gem located next to a winery surrounded by fruit trees. The host was very attentive and accommodating. The kids had a blast at the heated pool. You are only few minutes from downtown and the lake. The house was clean and well furnished with all you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be xoming back. A home away from home!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this location. It was the perfect size for our 4 adults and two children. Plenty of living room seating, nice and cozy bedrooms, even a washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything you’d need. Nice and clean bathroom. The heated pool is amazing and the views of the orchard are so pretty. We all fell in love with the beautiful, gentle dog who would greet us when we were outside. My kids also loved the chickens and being able to help feed them was a very cool experience for them. The owner and caretaker live in the adjoining properties and are such nice people. We rarely saw them, they really let us enjoy the whole property but were always available if needed. We felt like the whole farm was ours. It was great to have our own bbq area for easy meals and even a porch area at the back to enjoy some outdoor dining. We even got to try the amazing cherries they sell on site and they were so good! This vacation rental really made our trip one to remember! We really didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back.

Orchard Oasis
My husband and I travelled to Penticton with our 3 daughters (10,13,15). We cannot believe our luck to have found this gorgeous rental property. A spacious 3 bedroom farm style home with large kitchen, dining and living room amd mud room area complete with full washer and dryer. The yard is absolutely gorgeous with a fabulous in ground pool to cool off in. The pool is surrounded by beautiful big trees to find shade under to read a book or sip on a glass of wine. The large yard also includes a sizeable fruit orchard and free range chickens. Our hosts, Gordon, Malcom, and Dan were such personable, accommodating and generous people. We really enjoyed getting to know each of them. One of our highlights was Malcom’s dog, Varro. A gentle giant who is very affectionate and playful. Honestly this property couldn’t be more wonderful and it made our vacation an 11/10. We will absolutely be back!!!
