Excellent little vacation stay. Very polite and friendly staff. Nice courtyard area with several bbqs and a pool. The room was quiet with the only road noise being the occasional harley going by. It's a 5 minute walk from the beach with a great fusion restaurant across the road and ice cream store nearby. It's our second time staying and we'll definitely be back.

The location of the Empire Motel was great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The pool and courtyard were really nice and the use of the barbecued and tables in the shade of gazebos was very convenient. The owner (Estelle, I think) was so nice, we really appreciated her cleaning a room right away so that we could check in early after a 9 hour drive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Penticton.
