Great place, close to everything but far enough away to be relaxing

I had a wonderful time at this property that is close to downtown yet far enough away that it’s quiet, easy access to bike trails and all the other activities that Penticton offers

Check in was easy, and the place was wonderful. Lots of space, a great king size bed, fantastic shower/washroom. We really enjoyed the yard and outdoor table in the shady yard.

Lovely property and accommodations. Plenty of space to spread out. A close drive or good walk to the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others planning on visiting Penticton or as a home base if visiting the Okanagon Region.

Great place to stay! Quiet and private, just a minute from town. Could easily walk down to the beach if desired, though you have a steeper climb back. Literally right next to the bike trail which was great! 10/10 would recommend and stay again

Little gem

Lived the property. Had everything we needed. Clean. Only drawback was the stairs to the entrance where a bit steep. We suggested that the railing be extended.

Girls Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Peaceful evening on the patio with a wonderful view of the rolling hills. We even spotted a 4 point buck chasing a doe across the side lawn! Accommodations were immaculate. A wonderful surprise to see Starbucks ground coffee on the shelf! This was a wonderful spot to relax before hitting the KVR trail the next day. Would definitely return! Thank you!

Okanagan Getaway

The accommodation was as advertised (basement suite with some noise) with seating options outside to enjoy the quiet nature of the property. Great location for day trips around the area for wine tasting. Will book again.

Great place for a getaway! The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Well located and close to all amenities. KVR Trail was steps away. Communication with hostess was timely and she was a pleasure to deal with.

An updated and immaculate condition basement suite in a quiet neighbourhood. A very good spot as a base for wine touring. Short drive from all the amenities in Penticton. Small quirks like an induction hotplate instead of an oven, but overall well setup.

Beautiful suite, lovely location

You'll feel like you're in the countryside but this property is only a few minutes from downtown. The suite was lovely. It has everything you would need in the kitchen and incredibly comfortable. The owner was a great communicator. We felt terrible that we had to ask some questions on a Friday night and they still responded promptly and were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property and views

We were so pleased with our accomadations. We were in Penticton for our Grandkids hockey playoffs. The travel time to the rink was about 7 minutes. So convenient. The suite was spotless and well equiped with everything that we needed. Galina was a wonderful host!

Lovely getaway

This was the perfect little getaway spot for our family vacation to Penticton this summer. The location was great, 5min drive down the hill to the beach and amenities. Steps from walking/biking trails. Ultra quiet neighborhood. Peaceful garden overlooking grasslands and a lovely outdoor seating/dining area. The suite had everything we needed for two adults and two small kids and was more spacious than we expected with nicely done renovations. The suite was nice and cool, even during 35 degree weather. We can’t wait to come back to this little gem again next summer.
