The 38m² accommodation, very independent, is located at the back of a fully enclosed, tree-lined and flowered garden, which you will share with the owners in their own house if they are present during your stay.



This small single-story house without overlooking neighbors welcomes you with 3 rooms: a living room with sofa bed, dining room kitchen; a spacious bedroom with 140 bed and dressing room; a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes: dishwasher, induction hobs, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator as well as all necessary utensils and dishes to cook without worry.



You can enjoy the garden as you wish with table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers, and barbecue.
