「I spent a week here in early September and was very impressed.In terms of location, it's about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and a further 5 minutes to the bus & rail stations. 「What a fantastic cottage it was amazing the condition the fittings and what a welcome pack. I highly recommend this cottage private garden with a gas barbeque which I used on three occasions treated the barbeque with respect by using foil on the griddles. The lounge was so relaxing with a high quality TV and smart box. Bedrooms and bathroom and a shower room downstairs. Stayed for 2 weeks and the owner even asked if I wanted a mid stay clean!! and fresh towels wow. Highly recommend you will not...

「The property was clean and presented well. It was a nice touch with the welcome basket and milk tea/coffee. There were shops/restaurants close by and about. 10 min walk to take buses/trains to other parts of Cornwall. A couple of negatives but not a big deal is that we had to buy toilet paper as we were only left with one spare roll for our 5 night stay. 「Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. 」
