- Located in the popular coastal village of Perranuthnoe, a beautifully appointed one bedroom luxury apartment set over two floors, with stunning coastal views from all rooms and the large balcony.
In the heart of the village yet tucked away in a no through road the apartment enjoys stunning coastal views from both the bedroom and living areas, with views over open fields to the rear.
Dine in with the newly fitted kitchen with full sized oven and hob or stroll 20 yards to the popular award winning Victoria Inn. A two minute walk takes you to the popular beach, gift shops and cafes. Off road parking is provided for one car.
The apartment is fully self-contained with it's own entrance but is attached to the main residence and shares parking on the same drive. The property has a spiral staircase.
