All that it should have been
Ratings say it all.
When had boiler problem contacted Emma and between us quickly resolved it (was just low water pressure common at this time of year);
Only one minor thing was that at end of week (which was glorious weather wise) tried to put heating on a wet and damp night for 1 hour, but thermostat kept switching itself back to 7deg after about 5 minutes each time.
Not sure why, but would have been issue in colder weather!
But overall, just what I needed and all I wanted
