When I arrived, the afternoon/evening staff members were so welcoming, fun and kind! Morning staff was NOT. The area seemed safe enough, I had no problems with this. Room cleanliness was good.

Needs major update
We will never stay at this hotel again. Its been maybe our 5 6 time staying Well this trip we realized how run down this hotel actually is. How awful!!!!!

It was fine. Pool was good, breakfast was ok. Only been to one place that "came back" to pre-covid breakfast level. The Comfort Inn in Chattanooga.

The place was filthy and very noisy due to children and teenagers running around the hotel until 11pm. This was not the staffs fault and the one employee on duty was overwhelmed with everything (kids coming to the desk to ask for things every 5 minutes. Trashing the pool area, etc). The room itself was clean but shows its age... The breakfast was ok but it took forever. As the eggs and sausage were emptied, it would take 10-20 minutes for it to be refilled. Overall, I was unimpressed and wont stay here again.

There were a few birthday parties going on in the pool area so it wasn’t as clean as I’m sure it normally is. It was a little noisy due to the birthday parties. But other than those things it was ok.

The first room we had the handle on the door broke so they moved us into another room and it at only had one bed so I had to go back down and tell them it was only one bed so they moved us again the key never worked the whole time we was there I called down for more pillows and towels and had to go down and get them myself I would not recommend nobody to go to that hotel.
