The owner didnt clear snow feom the sidewalk going to the front door. I dont like trekking through six inches of snow, from several days prior, to get my bags in the door. The bathroom didnt have hand soap and the sink aooeared dirty. Not as good of a stay as my previous encounters.

The jacuzzi tub didn't work. Staff gave us $30 back but my stay would of been cheaper and better if I got a king size bed. The plastic under the bed was annoying as well. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Don't stay here.

the bed was wonderfully comfortable but the room especially the bathroom was disappointing...tile on floor had lots of grout missing which made the tiles loose and shifting.. Shower was dirty..lots of caked on soap...and breakfast was disappointing...carpets in main areas and hallways were visibly stained and dirty..back entrance was not functioning..there was no operating elevator to the second..long flight to the 2nd floor..not handicap friendly...

While the room was clean, comfortable bed if you're looking for a place just to sleep. The TV didn't work, no coffee in room because of what they call the coffee bar, which was a Mr Coffee coffee pot. Breakfast bar consist of Pop tarts, Donutes, toast, bagle or cereal. A little pricey for all the poor amenities.

Free cold breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Fridge and microwave in the room. Desk and chair in the room. Adequate number of outputs and lamps. Hot showers with good water pressure. Beds and pillows pretty comfortable. They have laundry available. For the price, a very good deal.

Property was okay but is I’m staying somewhere and spending money for services offered I expect a hot breakfast when they say continental breakfast included and I also expect clean towels everyday without me having to clean room and pick them all up. Worst part was since we booked through Expedia we had to wait 45 minutes while they tried to talk to Expedia to get on the hotel/Expedia website so they could get all the numbers the hotel needed for cost, taxes, and Expedia’s but for booking the room. I will never go through Expedia again!

I reserved another night on Expedia, but didn't tell the front desk. The guy af the front let me stay way after check out not knowing I reserved another night. When he called he was very nice, abd checked me in the same room. I will stay here everytime I'm in town.
