「The property was clean and well stocked. The property manager was easy to work with, and we had a very nice and relaxing experience in this rental. The only unknown was the location's exterior, which is in a small neighborhood/circle, but the neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves, and while there was not much outdoor space, there was a lovely flowering tree and small green side yard to enjoy. Thank you for the pleasant stay! 」

「The cleanliness was subpar. The bedding was dirty and stained. "Clean" cutting board had dried up food on it in the cabinet. Floors were filthy and in need of repair, they were literally coming up. Only half the outlets in each bedroom worked. Asked specifically if washer and dryer were in unit. We were told yes. To be specific, they are in the basement, you must go outside, exit the unit, and it is shared space. Not in actual unit. Sink clogged and plumbing subpar. Really do not feel it was...
