Welcome to our holiday home La Peruela.
So called as it is right on the border of the Periana and Vinuela provinces.

Positioned on a rocky promontory it is the last house on a no-through track and has fabulous 300 degree views of fields, olive groves, valleys, lakes and the Sierra Nevada mountains beyond.
This really is a very special place and ideal for those who want to get away from the standard without stepping right off the edge. Surrounded by rocks and trees it’s a mecca for birds and there’s nothing like sitting on the roof terrace in the evening watching hundreds of birds swooping around you.
With over 300 degrees of uninterrupted views you get the feeling of being in the sticks while still having the security of several neighbours close to you and being only 20mins from the beach and 40 mins from Malaga Airport.

This is our second home and is fully decked out with everything you need. Not some stripped-down rental property with only 8 knives and forks in the draw. This means it's a home-from-home for guests and we have several who return year after year as it's like them owning a holiday home without all the investment and admin.

Each floor has it’s own Master with Ensuite and kingsize bed and a second twin bedroom, ideal for children or another couple if you put the beds together

Modern Kitchen
Also on the first floor with Gas Hob, Fan assisted oven and grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave with combi oven, double sink and marble work tops.

Very large ground-floor living room
With horseshoe sofa seating for at least 10 people around a large smart television and wood-burning stove. The other end of the room can be left open or you can unfold a full-size table tennis table or 6ft pool / snooker table for hours of entertainment. There is also an air hockey table that plugs in and 2 generations of Playstations with games. Connected to the world wide web via Starlink and is also a fully loaded Amazon Firestick for all your streaming needs.

Private Pool Area
With a 7.5m by 4.5m metal sided above ground pool which is great for a cooling dip and even a bit of a swim. Being 1.3 metres deep it’s also more child friendly than normal sunken pools as it’s very hard for a young child to climb in, especially if you remove the ladder. The end of the pool looks over the fields towards the mountains and it’s a wonderful place to relax.

4 x terraces
Large roof terrace with 360 degree views, perfect for a sundowner and a wonderful place to do yoga or just soak up the sun and the stars at night.

Extremely Large (16m +) Rear Roof Terrace which makes a great safe play area for children to play close to the house and an alternative shady place to dine under the pagoda should you not fancy the front Breakfast Terrace.
