“This is more an rbn’b than a hotel. There is no reception desk which made it a bit challenging. The area is not so appealing, but everything else was a great experience. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking if you so desired. There is no shop or restaurant in the immediate vicinity.”

However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. “Worse place i ever been mold in the room changed 3 rooms and got room with least mold. Couldn't breath. Black mold. They didn't agree to refund or allow me check out early check out.”

“We had an awesome time staying at La Toubana! The set up of the resort on the cliff side is very unique….. having a pool up top overlooking the sea and beach below offers the best of both worlds. They have done a great job of making each bungalow feel secluded utilizing the elevation of the cliff and foliage of the land. “Overall bad experience, would not return or recommend unless you’re desperate for two separate bedrooms with real beds. Pros: Air conditioning worked well, Two actual beds in two separate rooms. Cons: Check-in info was never sent - problematic because no attendant is on duty, check-in time was incorrect on the listing (listed 3pm, was actually 4pm), no hot water for the first night, 1/4 roll of toilet paper provided and was not restocked even through they said it would be, bathroom was not……

“J’ai été à l’hôtel seulement pour 5 nuits et c’était magnifique. Le service était bien, j’ai pas dit super bien parce que certains employés n’étaient pas trop accueillant. J’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient impatients envers nos demandes. Par exemple: pour demander du café mais je disais un latté parce que c’est évident que je ne suis pas de la Guadeloupe et il fallait demandé un café au lait(qui veut dire la même chose) . Il m’a corrigé avec beaucoup d’attitude. Il s’est pas d’autres moments……
