- The flat has a private parking space;
- The accommodation has 3 air conditioning units (mezzanine and 2 ground floor bedrooms), the living rooms being quite cool as standard (stone);
- Ultrasonic devices are installed on the upper floor of the house to repel unwanted nocturnal visitors to the attic;
- The property is not yet air-conditioned. It is due to be installed shortly;
- Household linen and towels are provided;
- End-of-stay cleaning included (possibility of additional pack for intermediate cleaning during your stay);

## Access
This is a stand-alone entrance with a key box.
## Interaction
The Concierge team will not be physically present on site but remains contactable and very available in the event of a problem.
To provide a bespoke experience, our Concierge team provides a unique digital welcome booklet for each booking, including links external to the booking platform.
