「I didn’t realize I had booked a room in a separate building a couple of blocks away. We arrived very late due to delayed flights. The desk clerk was lovely, but the key card didn’t work as expected, so we were left scrambling a bit to get into several unfamiliar doors with unfamiliar keys at 2:30 am.
