“Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a very queit place. But the room is small, espacially the shower room, wifi is a problem, it was really hard to connected,espacially in the room. Further, there is no shuttle bus served between train station and the hotel. And no room clean service provided during the stay.”

Excellent staff, especially the waitress, a student in hospitality management, very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Excellent breakfast, everything homemade or local and of superb quality. Comfortable room, good balcony, very clean. A few little niggles in the room, the light over the shower didn't work, the shampoo dispenser in the shower had not been topped up, the headboard……

“The main reason we booked the hotel was because it had a swimming pool. Unfortunately on the occasions we went to the pool, the pool for proper swimming was blocked off for private classes. This left up to 20 people crowded into the "fun pool" which meant we couldn't actually swim in it without knocking into other people. It's totally wrong of the hotel to stop people using facilities they have paid for so that the hotel can make extra money for private classes. The other big issue is that……
