「If you’re looking to book a house for a trip to Perry or anywhere remotely close, this place is it. Great location, beautiful and VERY spacious! Super clean! Great pool! Well stocked kitchen! We had a blast fishing during the days and enjoying the wide amenities of the property in the evenings! Property manager is an absolute gem of a woman who checked on us throughout our stay and even brought us wood and starter for the fire pit they have outside. She is amazing! 「We traveled 15 1/2hrs to steinhatchee for a family wedding, when we pulled up to the house and walked in we was able to relax right away. The back porch was my favorite spot to sit and have my morning coffee over looking the canal. My kids loved that there was games, puzzle and cornhole at the house. We will definitely be staying again when we go visit family.」

「One of the best places our fishing group has stayed at in the past 10 yrs. Close to everything. Super cool layout. Very comfortable. We fished off the back dock every night while we relaxed. Very clean with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Large open format kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a large meal. Highly recommend this place.」

「Ever since I found this place, I stay anytime I'm in town. Compare Hotels and Google Ratings for any of the other hotels in Perry. Royal Inn is on par or better, while saving $40-80 per night.
