「Breakfast a bright spot, rooms are quite outdated with no international power socket, elevator key card doesn't work every time, gym equipment not quite sufficient.」

「Breakfast was great as always. I love it. The breakfast service was great as well. But front desk, at 9/12, ignored me and let me struggled by their app for about 5 minutes…but still all good. Sometimes the bar at ground floor make loud noises…」

「We never had this bad experience before! Thanks for East Perth Suites gave us this disappointing experience in Perth! Firstly, we emailed to reserve self paid the covered car park during our stay but they just confirmed us well reserved but didn’t arrange for us finally! Also they closed the reception early during the Xmas date but without email us before, didn’t sent email about the password for entry Hotel and drop box for collect the key! Totally made us feel so confused and waited outside...

「The blinds were very annoying as it goes up everytime the door opens but takes forever to get it down. The shower is too far away from the amenities The staff is very inexperienced especially when I specify I did not want mayonnaise for my club sandwich and they put mayonnaise!」

「The room is clean and quiet Close to CBD shopping area Within 10mins walk to Hertz」

「Staff are nice ! Room is good.」

「Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler 」
