It was a less-than-ideal experience
Hotel decoration is slightly worn, bath shower nozzle has malfunction, there is no maintenance and repair, it is very deadly, will bring you a very not good mood, the whole bathroom toiletries less poor, doesn't even have basic disposable toothbrushes and disposable slippers, the feeling of regret, outdoor parking space is not enough, when come back can only look at the luck, The overall sanitation situation can only be described as relatively clean. The hotel's breakfast restaurant opens at the same time as the public, which will add to the waiting time.

Poor water pressure for shower
Close to the airport. However, there is no amenity provided with such high room rate. They should at least provide basic amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers and bathrobe. Room is spacious, new, modern and clean but bad showering with poor water pressure. Not much to eat around but quite good quality of food for hotel restaurant.

Dear Guests, Thank you for choosing to stay at Aloft Perth and leaving us with your feedback. We are a little different to most hotels as we are considered a select service hotel. Being a select service hotel means that we don’t have a full concierge service, in room slippers or a bathrobe, 24 hour in room dining, or a stocked in room mini bar. However our front desk talent do have toothbrushes available. Next time you stay with us, please ask our talent for a toothbrush kit. I like its modern slightly funky look. Room very comfortable. Great pool. Pleasant dinning area. Nice river walk close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay and would book again. Very handy for crown casino and theatre.

After being there for three days, I went to the bar and asked for a double cocktail and they told me they could not serve me so I moved to a new hotel and they were very nice and serve me anything I needed. I was told nobody enforces this role in Perth Australia, but for some reason the management dead. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. The management staff is terrible.

The rooms are tiny and pillow are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The on-site bar is tiny and was full of people from a conference. Had to pay for parking in Wilsons parking. Paid extra for a river view and didn’t know about construction site next door until confirmation email from the hotel.
