Room smelled stuffy as did bedding and towels - also found 2 very alive cockroaches in the room. Windows visible spider webs. Window no privacy treatment in kitchen area.

We have stayed at this motel many times due to its convenient location near food outlets. We also appreciated the free secure parking, but were very disappointed to find that parking is now being charged at the rate of $15 a night.

Although it’s an older motel it is clean and well maintained. It is walking distance for going to Optus Stadium and the free CAT buses are very close. I will very happily stay there again.
