The room was not particularly clean when I arrived, the ironing board had no cover and the available utensils in the room were 5 off dinner knives and a steak knife. No other cutlery or cups or bowls just 1 dinner plate, 2 saucers and a very small dish. Several glasses were also available. The basement kitchen was better equipped and the laundry was good. Room had several holes and marks in the plasterboard and the AC failed after a few days and was never repaired even after requesting several times so around 20 days of my stay was without AC. Location was good, plenty of restaurants and food outlets close plus an IGA supermarket within walking distance. The potential is there to make this excellent accommodation but it’s let down by poor cleaning throughout the building and lack of service to issues with the AC
