A 10–30-min drive or public transit takesyou to Perth’s most popular locations like the CBD, Crown, Swan Valleyand WA’s beaches. We promise your stay at Equitice will be like noother.This fully-equip room is among three within the Spring Leisure Moonlight Villa: a cozy, sage-themed space filled will quality furniture and amenities. During your stay, you will enjoy pleasant service, thorough amenities, and a spacious, meticulously designed living area — complete with thoughtful details you never knew you needed. Every corner of this house has been carefully designed and nurtured with the same love and attention a parent gives her child.The designer may be ambitious and creative, but it is her heart as a mother that truly breathes life into this space, infusing it with warmth and a sense of home.This room is within a shared, 2-storey property which includes an open living room connected to the dining area, kitchen and laundry. Branching off the interior space is a green patio and a private garage. At night, open the moon lights and lamps and watch the villa transform into an enchanting wonderland. The property includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets; only your room, the hallway bathroom and downstairs toilet are accessible to you. Other than the rooms of other guests, essentially all the space within the villa is accessible. Keypad locks to each room ensure privacy and security within the shared space. However,there are some points to note:-The driveway connecting all 4 villa properties can be accessed, butparking on the driveway is prohibited-Guests may not trespass onto other villas including the patios-Within the garage, the storage areas and doors leading to theunderstairs, and porch will be locked and should not be accessed: theycontain supplies used for property maintenance.-Within the house, the laundry and upstairs hallway closets are lockedand should not be accessed: they contain supplies used for propertymaintenanceIf you have any questions during your stay, you may contact the owner,Jenny, face-to-face: she will be at house number 1.
