Beautiful location on the Swan River and just 8 minutes by local ferry to the Perth CBD. Room was comfortable, compact, and well fitted-out. Convenient and popular location for walking along the foreshore and just a short stroll to several restaurants and a small shopping precinct.

Lovely Stay by The Espanade

Convenient location which is close to the jetty and near several shops and restuarants. The room was clean though it looked dated. The kitchenette was well-equipped. There is a lounge for guests with coffee and tea available.

Amazing location!

Had a lovely stay here, very comfy bed too. The location couldn’t be any better! The room we stayed in (14) was clean but needs updating, especially the bathroom which is very dated and tatty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again
