Relax with the whole family at Casa Tiki. Our peaceful waterfront retreat is situated on the beautiful South Yunderup canals. Our sanctuary offers a four-person spa, a two-person sauna and a private jetty. Enjoy estuary views from the top-story games room, the tiki-style bar room or the gated yard. Ideal for families with children and pets, it's the perfect spot for crabbing, boating, picturesque walks, bike riding with the kids, or simply unwinding.

We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Casa Tiki is located in a quiet, residential area. To respect our neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment:

No outdoor music is permitted at any time (including Bluetooth speakers or car stereos)

Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times

Quiet hours begin strictly at 9:00 PM

No parties, functions, or large gatherings are allowed

Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction and/or forfeiture of your bond.

🐜 Local Environment Notice
As this is a beautiful canal-side property in regional Western Australia, it’s normal to occasionally see insects like ants, flies, or mosquitoes — especially if food is left out or doors/windows are left open.

We provide repellents and encourage guests to take reasonable precautions.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted.
