「I wish that we had stayed longer! Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The view was incredible (looking out on to Riegersburg Castle) and the hotel was absolutely lovely. Hotel and room facilities were excellent, staff were excellent, drinking water fountains in the room were a nice touch. The view was amazing (I feel like I have to repeat this because it was so good).
Breakfast was great and we appreciated being able to make our own juice. We had a set dinner in the evening and felt that...

Wir hatten eine Junior suite, welche eher auf der älteren Seite war.
Badezimmer sehr groß, aber die Badewanne mit der Dusche war schwierig zu benutzer, da eine Dachschräge vorhanden war (man konnte beim Duschen nicht stehen). Einige Fliesen drohten herunter zu fallen.
Das Bett war auch eher hart, da nur eine sehr dünne Matratze vorhanden war.
W-Lan hat leider gar nicht funktioniert.」

When speaking to the neighbors they confirmed that this happended to other guests before and that the owner is away on holiday.
Now I hope they refund the stolen money.
