Villa with swimming pool in Pertuis Sud Luberon in Provence
- Lots of character for this recently renovated house in a contemporary style and for the first year for rental.
Comfortable facilities: air-conditioned rooms, wifi, flat screen, sound bar, piano and wine cellar.
The 2,000 m2 garden with trees and flowers is organized around 2 large shaded terraces and a 10 x 5 m swimming pool and a BONZINI table football.
Located in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from the tennis courts with the possibility of going on hikes from the house.
On the wine and chateaux route, its location is strategic for discovering the Luberon with its renowned villages (Lourmarin, Ansouis, Gordes), its Provencal markets but also Aix en à Provence, the Sainte Victoire and Alpilles mountains. Further south: Marseille and its creeks.
For relaxing, cultural or sporting holidays in the heart of Provence.
