Lovely spacious room, very good (European) breakfast, a nice mall/shopping center close by, easy access to highways for day trips, and a wonderful staff.

The hotel seems to have two areas, an old and kindda refurbished, and a new one. We stayed what seems to be the old. The room size was good to fit 4, but would be nice to have some work done at the room. He breakfast is very good and well served, in a very good installation. Gym has very good equipment, what most hotels.woudnt have, but the air conditioner was not working. Covered parking lot. The area doesnt offered much in a walking distance, you will have to use the car all the time.

Smoke smell in non smoking hotel
Room with cigarette smoke smell that should have been detected by the cleaning person. Unacceptable for a non smoking hotel.

Albergo poco comodo nella stanza, nel bagno in particolare....senza tenda o plexy per evitare di bagnare tutto il bagno.

Hotel nella periferia di Perugia, comodo per raggiungere l'uscita Olmo della superstrada e quindi per visitare le località della zona. Si trova in una zona industriale, senza servizi nelle immediate vicinanze, per tanto è indispensabile avere a disposizione un'auto. Credo abbia una vocazione più businnes che turistica, difatti non è dotata di servizi come piscina, spa, intrattenimento o ristorante panoramico. È comunque una buona soluzione per chi vuole visitare Perugia e i borghi limitrofi. Il ceck-in potrebbe migliorare (ma ho notato differenze a seconda del personale che si trova in reception), ma per il resto il personale è cordiale e professionale. Abbastanza buona e varia la colazione, pulite, spaziose e ben climatizzate le camere.

Trip to the eighties
The standard rooms in this hotel are really out-dated, felt like a trip back to the eighties. There were tiny grey bugs in the bathroom, not sure what they were but it made us feel really uncomfortable. In the room, we could see the airconditioning and other systems through the ceiling, really weird. Breakfast was ok though, best part of the hotel.
