Rustic charm in the city center

Hotel location was right in the center of everything. Property was rustic and had a lot of charm. Staying there felt like we traveled back in time. Service was A+ and the room was very clean. Thank you for looking after our family during our stay.

Aspetti positivi: hotel in posizione centralissima; Nient’altro! Aspetti negativi: stanza vetusta; letto vecchio, con testata fissata al muro da L in acciaio; macchie sparse, soprattutto sopra al condizionatore; terrazza fatiscente vista...finestra di fronte; tv con schermo più piccolo di quello di un qualsiasi cellulare del 2012; aria condizionata A PAGAMENTO; infissi di epoca elisabettiana; porte interne sostituite da eleganti PORTE TAGLIAFUOCO; cuscini in cartongesso.

L'hôtel est très bien situé ; le personnel est aimable. En revanche l'absence de climatisation (il n'y a qu'un ventilateur) et d'isolation thermique rend le séjour pénible : impossible de rafraîchir la chambre, même en laissant fenêtre et volets ouverts toute la nuit (et même quand la température nocturne est agréable, étant l'accumulation de chaleur par le toit) ! Petit déjeuner de piètre qualité.

Position was excellent but the bedroom wasn’t modern, the beds were hard and the bathroom was terrible. Breakfast poor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom flooded after every shower and there was no drain in the bathroom. The shower didn’t stay warm for long and the shower head was useless. The bed was hard. Location was great though and didn’t need a car. The hotel is in need of some renovations.

Excellent location

This hotel is easy to find, has a good breakfast, the location is perfect for seeing the old section of Perugia. The people at the reception gave excellent directions for getting to Assisi with trainconnection and were helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend this hotel. If you arrive by bus you take the impressive escalators all the way up to the city centre.

Hotel Priori is a quiet, clean hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. It’s a short walk to the Piazza where there are many stores and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel for you stay in Perugia.

Hotel Priori is an authentic Italian hotel built in the 1400’s. It’s cozy and comfortable in a quiet area, with short walks to the Piazza and many shoppes and trattorias. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a great value and I would highly recommend Hotel Priori for your next stay in beautiful Perugia.

Quaint simple place great for family value

Lovely little place in a great location. Great service and breakfast. Rooms for families good size but beds basic. But for the price is very good value.

All' arrivo ,carica con due trolley,due soprabiti,borsa ed altro per mano il receptionista pur passando davanti alla porta non si è degnato di aiutarmi, solo la collega,una volta dentro mi ha dato una mano.Salgo con l'ascensore al1' piano e mi trovo ad un ammezzato buio pieno di teli che ricoprivano qualcosa;altra porta a molla da aprire e scalini da salire carica come un mulo. In stanza coperte di lana obsolete, dal lavandino esce appena un filo di acqua calda dal rubinetto ,lo faccio presente e lo stesso impiegato dice che controllerà, al mio rientro riferisce che si deve cambiare il rubinetto e in quel momento ovviamente non si può,ma l'acqua esce ..basta far aprire il rubinetto a mio marito! Ovviamente non esce nulla e io mi sono lavata con acqua fredda.Inoltre perdeva acqua a terra e ho dovuto utilizzare il tappetino della doccia per fermare l'acqua. Non si può affittare una stanza col lavandino che non funziona!Cosa della quale erano chiaramente già a conoscenza, per lo meno dal momento della pulizia della stanza prima del mio arrivo.La foto allegata riguarda lo stato di pulizia e di manutenzione del bidet. Per non parlare della riga di nero che correva lungo il lavandino nel punto di appoggio al muro.A rischio infezione. L'economicita 'di un hotel non deve concentrarsi sulle scarse condizioni igieniche. Per onestà dovrebbero rimborsarmi il soggiorno.

Hotel molto comodo per la visita turistica della città, a due passi da Corso Vannucchi e dal Palazzo dei Priori. Personale affabile e gentile. Interni molto curati.La camera assegnataci a 4 posti, prevedeva 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto a castello un po' ciglolante (avremmo preferito altri 2 letti singoli anche in un divano letto). Buono il servizio igienico con abbondante fornitura di biancheruia da bagno. Il garage non era disponibile, al contrario di quanto indicato sul sito. In compenso a circa 200 metri c'è un parcheggio pubblico (a agamento).
