Dear Juan, thank you for your kind opinion, although we consider it not entirely fair to us. In fact, you are not fully satisfied for having wanted to share the common bathroom, while you could have booked a room with a private bathroom or even our private apartment, with just a very little higher price. So, it is actually a review on your ability to choose rather than on our service! We really hope to have you again our guest and to make you entirely satisfied of you choice, maybe in a different room with your private bathroom!

Perfect Italian stay
Fantastic stay, cant think why I would stay anywhere else if returning to Perugia. Positives: - Claudia was a fantastic host, helping me with travel arrangements both before and during our stay, and was on hand (she lives upstairs!) to help or fix anything that needed it, straight away. - Was in a super beautiful area, full of art, character, and nice bars and restaurants and such a short walk to the main piazza. Having explored the whole of Perugia, this really was the perfect location. - Actual apartment was so lovely, great amount of space, lots of character, good shower pressure and heating, very well equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine etc.). Lots of blankets, spare pillows, hot water bottle meant it felt very cosy (we visited in February), and felt like a home from home! Negatives: - Every night I was woken up by people loudly walking past outside between 12 and 3am (my window overlooked the street). This was several times. But, I guess that's part of being in the centre of everything!

イタリアの可愛いアパート
オーナーのクラウディアさんはとても親切でAssisiからのバスの時刻を事前に調べてくれました。質問事項にもメールですぐに対応してくれます。 アンティークの家具や壁に描かれた絵がとても可愛く、イタリアならではの生活様式が体験できます。近くに素敵なレストランもあり、地元の方と楽しく過ごせました。また行く際は必ず利用します。
