Beautiful villa, both inside and out

Stunning views. Incredible pool. Great local restaurants nearby within the Pescaglia region (all within 1m - 15m drive). House is immaculate and shows incredible workmanship. Eduardo is the owner of the villa, who lives locally and was always on hand to assist. He has built the villa to a very high specification. Elena and Chiara from the Lucca agency were also very helpful with local restaurant suggestions and bookings.

Slice of heaven

The villa was remarkable, pictures didn’t even do the view justice. It was peaceful and absolutely perfect in every way. The home was equipped with everything we needed, clean and in the perfect spot. It is close to down town lucca and a 45 minute drive to Florence. We stayed for two weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. The owner of the villa Eduardo, is the kindest man, he made sure our stay was perfect and we had everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about this villa or Eduardo. The view is indescribable, it’s absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy my family and I chose to stay at this villa, aside from its beauty the town itself is rustic and beautiful and the locals are so kind. Eduardo put his heart and soul into building this home for people visiting to enjoy and it did not disappoint. Next time we visit Italy we will stay at this beautiful villa again, it really is a slice of heaven.

Amazing Villa !!

This is a brand new Villa in a very picturesque location. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. Pool was fantastic, and is exactly as shown in the pictures (big, clean, and just perfect). Kitchen was fantastic, and fully stocked. Bedrooms were like hotel rooms. Washrooms were new and had great water pressure, etc. Owner of the Villa was great, and the staff at Lucca Apartments and Villas were a pleasure to deal with at every step in the process. Thank you all for making our vacation memorable. Definitely need a car to enjoy the surrounding areas (Lucca, Montecarlo, etc.). Also, since it is in the country, you will need bug spray once the sun goes down (but that should be expected). I wish we could stay longer - we only stayed 4 nights, but I would recommend at least one week (if not longer). Not much to say here, but if pressed, the only thing that could make this Villa better is a proper espresso machine.

An escape to paradise

Villa GreMa is simply spectacular, with its views, amenities and other comforts of home. Edoardo clearly cares about his property. There was ample space for my family of 5 to spread out and enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool in particular was wonderful. Our family made many memories during our stay and we would be pleased to return again in the future.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – ruhig, mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht, und ideal, um richtig zu entspannen. Die Villa selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckend war der Infinity Pool – einfach ein Highlight! Das Inhaberpaar war unglaublich sympathisch, stets hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchte. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Settimana di relax immersi nel verde

Ottima sistemazione, moderna e con tutte le comodità. Personale molto cordiale disponibile. All'arrivo inoltre ci hanno lasciato un cesto con prodotti locali, come olio prodotto proprio dal terreno adiacente alla villa. Molto consigliata se si vuole una struttura con tutte le comodità ma allo stesso tempo nel verde. In 45 minuti si raggiunge comodamente Forte dei Marmi per una giornata al mare. Nota di pregio, la piscina e la zona grill molto funzionale! Continuate così! Continuate così!
