"Room was really good - modern, clean and decent sized. Lobby and breakfast area was clean, stylish and staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice options at breakfast too. Only small downside was that there is no food available except breakfast. Great location too, very close to station and town. Definitely would stay again "

"The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked together??? This gentleman just didn’t not care and was extremely unfriendly. Otherwise the hotel was okay. "
