Ruhige Unterkunft auf dem Land aber in Strandnähe

Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung mitten im Gründen, Erholung garantiert. Herzlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, der immer ein offenes Ohr für alle Angelegenheiten hat und gern hilft. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Excellent vacation!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was a great time! Like you visit your own parents on villa. Owners are very kind and careful. It's better to travel there by car. Downtown of Peschici and beaches located in several hundreds meters from home. Authentic restaurants around are good as well. But if you like to cook yourself, there are 2 good supermarkets nearby. If you travel with babies, the area around the home is closed, so kids may play everywhere and you don't afraid they will get lost or run into an accident outside. Our son was extremely happy spending time in the playground. The nature around is so nice so we'd like to spend more time in the forest. Great thanks to owners for excellent emotions! We definitely would like to return here next year!

Location stupenda!

Posto incantevole, appartamento nuovo veramente grazioso, molto curato e molto pulito...e che dire del proprietario Nino, una persona fantastica sempre presente ma mai invadente, ci ha consigliato su spiagge, luoghi da visitare e ristoranti. Ha coccolato noi adulti con cestini di fichi, dolcetti tipici e nostro figlio con partite a ping pong! E' possibile anche raccogliere la frutta dagli alberi e prendere la verdura dell'orto.Una vacanza fantastica!!! Monica Marco e Filippo

Casa molto accogliente e ospitalità eccellente.

Stupenda!

Siamo stati accolti come se fossimo a casa! L'appartamento è bellissimo e nuovo. La casa è circondata da ulivi e fiori curati con amore dal signor Nino che è una bella persona speciale e generosa. Si stava così bene che abbiamo trascorso qualche giornata in terrazza. C'è anche l'orto da quale ci si può servire a volontà. E' stata dura separarsi da questo meraviglioso luogo. Мы провели время отлично и наслаждалисть полным релаксом. Локация дома замечательная, очень легко добраться до пляжей, а также центра Пескичи где находятся большое количество маленьких магазинчиков с фруктами, овощами и рыбопродуктами; все свежее, натуральное и вкусное. Дом продуман до мелочей, и все что вам нужно это только приехать и забыть на время обо всем, и наслаждаться отдыхом с вашими спутниками. Це місце нам дуже сподобалось, такий відпочинок є найкращий. Все що є на фото відповідає дійсності і хазяїва дуже привітні. Море просто незабутне і ви будете задоволені наявністю прекрасних пляжів. Дуже рекомендую розмовляти з сіньором Ніно і його синами; вони розкажуть куди поїхати і що побачити і який пляж є краще в залежності від напрямку вітру. Він також виробляє вино та оливкову олію дуже смачну.

Perfect vacation

First of all i would like to thank to Signor Nino and his family. He has organized a perfect place for a quiet relax and supported us with everything we needed. The location is really great, you can reach any beach and historical center in a few minutes although you live in a center of an Olive orchard. The seafood, vegetables and fruits are delicious, natural and fresh here. House is equipped with everything you may need, just take yourself here and enjoy.

Fantastico!

E' stata un'esperienza eccezionale, sotto ogni punto di vista. la casa è nuovissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, il rigoglioso giardino il fiore all'occhiello, grazie alle sapienti e costanti cure di Nino, il proprietario. Sempre disponibile e presente, ma con la giusta discrezione, egli ha saputo fornirci le "dritte" per gustare al meglio il nostro periodo di vacanza. Ha, inoltre, da uomo del sud, fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio, riuscendoci a pieno! Non da ultimo la villetta è situata in una posizione strategica, per cui mi sento di consigliarla a chiunque intenda soggiornare da quelle parti. Fatelo e vi sembrerà di essere a casa!!!

L'ideale!

Cercavamo relax e sole.. gli abbiamo trovati entrambi. Il primo, in questo appartamento dagli ampi spazi con una bella terrazza, pulito e ben attrezzato, immerso nella tranquillità del giardino di ulivi, lontano dal traffico del centro di Peschici e dai problemi di parcheggio! Il secondo, oltre che nel bel tempo, nel calore dei proprietari, di una cortesia infinita e sempre sorridenti. Il Sig. Nino, in particolar modo, si è reso disponibile con suggerimenti e aiuti che hanno contribuito a rendere questa vacanza perfetta. A completamento aggiungerei solo che abbiamo un figlio di 18 mesi e in questo appartamento si è sentito come a casa. Grazie ancora famiglia Maggiano!

Urlaub in Peschici bei Nino

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Ninos Haus verbracht. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein schönes Appartement, sauber und gepflegt, das Haus ist umgeben von einem mediteranen Garten und befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Ortes Peschici. Von dort aus kann man mit dem Auto alles gut erreichen. Peschici ist ein schöner lebendiger Ort, in dem trotz Tourismus noch italienisches Leben stattfindet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

DIRE ECCEZZIONALE E' SMINUITIVO

Che dire non ci sono parole per esprimere la: - Bellezza del posto, - L'accoglienza dell'appartamento completo in tutto e per tutto stoviglie, biancheria, aria condizionata ecc....... - Il fatto che alla sera dopo una giornata di mare la brezza che arriva dall'entroterra ti rinfresca e allieta la cena passata nella comoda veranda; - La frutta messa da cogliere direttamente dalle piante messa a disposizione dai proprietari; - L'uso delle biciclette presenti; - La gentilezza, la cordilaità, la simpatia, la costante presenza e la disponibilità di tutta la famiglia del proprietario; Poi mi fermerei perchè non penso basti lo spazio a disposizione. Un grazie enorme a tutta la famiglia del sig. Nino.

Sentirsi a casa

I punti a favore della casa sono molti: dalla posizione tranquilla al giardino curato e rigoglioso, dalla qualità degli ambienti (puliti, moderni, con i confort necessari) alla loro vivibilità sia all'interno che all'esterno. Al di là però della oggettiva positività del posto, il vero motivo per cui ci tornerei è il proprietario, il signor Nino. Una persona onesta e nobile d'animo come se ne vedono ormai poche in giro: massima disponibilità per qualsiasi richiesta, premura e interesse per i propri clienti, generosità (lascia i propri alberi da frutto a libera disposizione degli utenti) e cordialità. Ci si sente davvero coccolati e riguardati. Insomma, un mix di fattori che hanno reso questa scelta azzeccata e felice, facendoci godere di una settimana felice.

Fantastico !

Scegliere una casa per le vacanze non è semplice ma se vi trovate dalle parti di Peschici, bellissimo borgo su di uno splendido mare, non potete non andare a casa di Nino e Loretta. Ci hanno accolto come famigliari, ci hanno consigliato dove andare, cosa fare e dove mangiare. E che dire della casa .. Tutto nuovo, pulito e ordinato come piace a noi. Fantastico!

Trovare una casa per le vacanze ideale non è semplice, però se capitate dalle parti di Peschici, bellissimo borgo sul mare, non potete non andare negli appartamenti di Nino e Loretta. Due persone splendide che ci hanno accolto come famigliari, ci hanno dato i consigli necessari per un ottimo soggiorno. E che dire poi della casa .... Nuova, pulita e ordinata come piace a noi. Fantastico !

Scegliere una casa per le vacanze non è mai semplice, ma se vi trovate a Peschici (bellissimo borgo sul mare) non potete non andare negli appartamenti di Nino, Loretta e i due suoi figli. È bellissimo, nuovo, pulito e in ordine come piace a noi. Ci hanno accolto come famigliari, ci hanno dato consigli per cosa visitare, dove mangiare e dove fare la spesa. Un buen retiro vicino a tutti i luoghi più belli d

La villetta con 4 minialloggi è nuovissima e dotata di tutti i comfort (compreso ogni tipo di attrezzo d cucina). Ogni alloggio ha una piccola terrazza attrezzata per potere cenare sotto le stelle. Il giardino attorno, curatissimo dal sig. Nino, proprietario e padre di Raffaele che gestisce la casa vacanze, è un oliveto, ricco di altri alberi da frutta (peschi, meli), vigne e un ricco orto. I proprietari metodo a disposizione dei clienti i frutti del loro giardino. La spiaggia più vicina (1,5 km) non è la più bella, ma lì c'è l'imbarco per le Tremiti (da non perdere). Per raggiungere le cale più affascinanti (Cala Lunga, Cala Zaiana, occorre percorrere circa 5 km, ma ne vale la pena. A 5 minuti c'è il centro storico di Peschici, bellissimo, ma da evitare nei giorni della festa patronale. La villetta è a poche centinaia di metri dalla statale che conduce a Vieste, alla Foresta Umbra, a Monte Sant'Angelo e S. Giovanni Rotondo. Il Gargano è a portata di mano nella sua totalità. Raffaele e il sig. Nino sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi a risolvere ogni problema e metton in contatto con tutte le agenzie di servizi turistici del territorio.

Wonderfull

E' stato molto piacevole soggiornare in questa casa vacanza per svariati motivi: -la struttura è di recentissima costruzione, immersa in uno splendido giardino molto curato e in un bellissimo uliveto; -la casa è poco distante dal mare e dal centro storico di Peschici ( stupendo borgo ), facilmente raggiungibile in auto ( un paio di minuti ) o anche con le bici che sono disponibili ( 5 minuti ); -gli appartamenti rispecchiano alla lettera le indicazioni fornite dai proprietari: sono infatti nuovi, molto puliti, ben tenuti, ordinati e dotati di tutto ciò che serve per la quotidianità; -i proprietari, il signor Nino e la signora Loretta, sono molto gentili, disponibili, laboriosi e instancabilmente impegnati a mantenere in ordine casa e giardino. Siamo stati particolarmente colpiti dal loro senso dell'onestà e dalla loro generosità: hanno fatto il possibile per rendere piacevole la nostra vacanza, fornendoci ottime indicazioni sui luoghi caratteristici da visitare e su dove poter gustare le prelibatezze della cucina del luogo. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti un soggiorno e speriamo di poter al più presto tornare per una nuova rilassante vacanza. Irene, Dario, Franco, Bea

Bellissima vacanza ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima, l'abitazione e nuovissima confortevole e immersa nel verde degli ulivi curati dal proprietario.si trova vicinissimo al centro di peschici e a pochi minuti da vieste .Un cenno particolare va al proprietario nino sempre gentile e disponibile che ha saputo darci sempre indicazioni perfette su luoghi e sapori del territorio...fatevi cosigliare.Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.Non ci dimenticheremo mai della sua gentilezza e dei suoi consigli. Speriamo di tornarci presto
