As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a bright living area, which invites relaxation thanks to a comfortable sofa bed and a state-of-the-art smart TV, perfect for moments of leisure. The kitchen, separate and fully equipped, is the beating heart of the apartment, equipped with high-quality appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and two-door refrigerator. The dining area, with its elegant table, is ideal for enjoying meals in tranquility. The terrace surrounding the entire apartment offers a breathtaking view of the lake and invites you to enjoy outdoor relaxation moments, perfect for a dinner or an aperitif at sunset. The sleeping area is equally special: the bathroom, elegant and functional, is equipped with WC, sink, bidet, and a spacious shower box. The master bedroom, air-conditioned and stylishly furnished, is enhanced by a bed with a topper for extra comfort and a 43-inch smart TV, dedicated to the legendary Diabolik. Next to it, the children's room with a bunk bed and a large wardrobe is perfect for the younger ones, also with access to the panoramic terrace. On the ground floor, the Pavon cafeteria will welcome you with high-level breakfasts and aperitifs, ideal for starting the day with energy or treating yourself to a relaxing break. The apartment's location is truly enviable: a few steps from the port, beaches, and the historic center of Peschiera del Garda. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the picturesque villages of Lake Garda, easily accessible by car or the convenient ferry boat service. The proximity to Pederzoli Hospital (only 1.5 km away) makes it perfect for those seeking a stay near healthcare facilities. Check-in time for Casa degli Artisti is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50.00 E is provided. Our stay in Peschiera was a highlight of our family trip. This is a well equipped and modern apartment with plenty of space for 4. We especially enjoyed the large balcony as well as the prime location. The only flaw was some street noise from cars. Emanuele was an excellent concierge… on time, pleasant and quick to respond to any messages!
