The Rosa and Bouganville apartments are located within a modern building with private parking, situated in a quiet residential area of Peschiera del Garda, in the San Benedetto district, just a few steps from Bergamini beach.



The solution is ideal for groups of friends or families who wish to spend their holiday together while maintaining their own independence: the two apartments share the main entrance, but are completely separate and independent.



The Rosa apartment, a welcoming two-bedroom flat on the ground floor, features a pleasant private loggia with an outdoor dining area, perfect for moments of relaxation. Inside there is a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette with gas, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.



The sleeping area offers versatile and comfortable solutions: a high-quality double sofa bed and a practical hidden double bed that can be easily closed to optimise space. All beds are comfortable and of excellent standard.



The apartment also features a complete bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, as well as an internal dining area. The maximum capacity is 4 people.



The location is one of the strong points: the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are easily reachable on foot. The historic centre of Peschiera del Garda is about a 20-minute walk away and is perfect for an evening stroll amongst bars and picturesque views.
