- Welcome to this charming villa, perfectly located in the Tuscan hills above Pescia. With its unique panoramic views and peaceful location, this villa offers a peaceful escape from everyday life. Here you can enjoy complete peace and tranquility in a scenic setting.
The comfortable and cozy interior consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and all modern amenities such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing vacation.
The outdoor area includes a covered veranda with barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The house is surrounded by a lush garden with a private swimming pool (6 x 3 meters; accessible from April 1 to November 5) and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for sunny days.

We had a wonderful time at the vacation home. Ever...
We had a wonderful time at the vacation home. Everything was very clean, the outdoor area is fantastic, and we felt right at home ☺️. We would recommend providing even more dishes, glasses, and silverware, and perhaps replacing the pool loungers with better ones.

Loved our stay. Wanted some time away from the city life and managed just that. House is just as per the pictures. We got lovely weather too. Will hopefully be back.
