The Polish man (Bartosh?) on the front desk was a great face for the hotel and very helpful and friendly. A nice basic hotel with the breakfast delivered to the room brilliant. Very handy for a walk into town and decent parking

There is a good amount of on-site parking which feels secure and the hotel is a short walk from the City Centre. The reception area (pictured) is quite small so you'll need to lounge elsewhere. Not sure why the reception insisted on my photographic ID upon checking in.

Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and this hotels biggest strong point was the reception staff - especially Zaf who was welcoming, warm and so helpful with everything needed - directed me to local restaurants, booked me a taxi to work and really does understand what good customer service means. This isn't 5* but nor are the prices. Efficient and helpful owners/staff. Close to city center. Easy, free parking. Limited choice breakfast in bed. Served on time. We would use it again and have already recommended it to friends. Goid value for money.
