Lost power at 11pm til 430am with no emergency back up lights even in hallways. But unable to leave room anyway as doors are electric and you can’t get back in. Which is against code
Ice machine on 3rd floor but no ice exists
Space where ice machine should be on two is empty with just water lines hanging.
