The cleaning staff were the BEST and most informative and helpful. The desk clerks were not overly helpful or knowledgeable it seemed. There was big confusion on our check in which resulted in changing rooms, then our key cards wouldn't work, which resulted in alot of lost time and many footsteps ...

Stay was comfortable and clean! Just remember to plug the fridge in when you check in as I had to waste my first days food They have pretty much everything except tea bags/leave, coffee creamer/sugar (there’s coffee maker and kcups)
