This 3 bed, 2 bath, 2-story apartment is located on the first floor up one flight of wide stairs in the heart of Medieval Petritoli. The apartment is situated in the village's central piazza across from the beautiful clocktower. Free parking is available throughout the village and outside the property.

Petritoli is a beautiful Medieval village located in the beautiful Marche region of eastern Italy. Marche is known for its beautiful beaches, mountains, and sprawling vineyards. Petritoli is a 20 minute drive from the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Sibillini Mountains to the west. It is a 1 hour drive from either Ancona or Pescara airports. The village has multiple cafes, bars, and restaurants, as well as a market, butcher, and local artisan shops.

From the apartment there are views of the beautiful preserved Medieval buildings and Italian countryside all the way to the mountains, visible through the apartment's many windows and small balcony.

The apartment spans two floors and can sleep 8 people in total in the following bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom which contains a King size bed and 2 Single beds
- Second bedroom also with King size bed
- Third bedroom with 2 single beds
