O Hotel é bonito e os funcionarios muito educados e gentis! Porem a cama estava infestada de carrapatos (bed bugs), reclamei na recepção, me trocaram de quarto porem o estrago ja estava feito! Estou a uma semana tomando antialérgicos e antibióticos pois fiz uma alergia terrivel nas picadas! Nao mais me hospedarei nesse hotel, visto que ninguem me procurou depois do acontecido!

O atendimento do recepcionista assim que chegamos foi incrĂ­vel ! Um menino novo, mas com uma desenvoltura espetacular . A receocao nova e decorada , mas quando chegamos no quarto ficamos assustadas com a qualidade. Pedidos pra trocar pois o banheiro era velho demais. AĂ­ passamos pra um de frente , um pouco melhor mas estava e limpeza , como sĂł Ă­amos dormir seguimos o fluxo e deixamos pra lĂĄ. Quase trocamos de hotel 😔, NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO, fiquem alerta . O quarto parecia que tinha um trem do lado de tanto que tremia com carros da rua passando. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ era bom , atendimento tambĂ©m. Precisam melhorar os quartos, qualidade dos travesseiros e cobertas.

Estadia razoåvel. Trata-se de um hotel båsico com ótima localização. Quarto amplo, simples e roupa de cama nova. Os quartos não possuem ar condicionado, apenas ventilador de teto. Os quartos foram reformados, mas nem todos os banheiros foram. Possui frigobar, um armårio simples e uma mesa com duas cadeiras. Os quartos da frente são muito barulhentos, por ser localizado na avenida principal. Aconselho que solicitem os laterais ou fundos. Café da manhã bom, com todas as opçÔes båsicas e costumeias, além de outras adicionais. Atendimento cordial. Permitido guardar malas após o fim da estadia. Possui elevador

Hotel bem antigo localizado bem no Centro prĂłximo a prefeitura, pessoal de serviço bem solĂ­citos, ficamos no 3Âșandar. O quarto Ă© bem ruim. Cama dura, Gavetas da cabeceira emperradas, Banheiro. Os sanitĂĄrios sĂŁo bem antigos, pia baixa. NĂŁo tem uma prateleira de apoio para se colocar seus utensĂ­lios, apesar da ĂĄgua ser bem quente e boa, o chuveiro Ă© bem velho com jatos entupidos. Espelho bem velho e nĂŁo tem luz para fazer barba. cafĂ© da manhĂŁ mĂ©dio, no 2Âșdia que ficamos eles nĂŁo se prepararam para receber a quantidade de hospedes que tinham. Veio um grupo de 10 pessoas na nossa frente que acabou com pĂŁes e outras coisas. SĂł tinha uma pessoa para repor e nĂŁo tinha como repor. O valor cobrado nĂŁo condiz com os serviços oferecidos. Uma pena estamos sempre a negĂłcios em Friburgo. Com certeza nĂŁo voltaremos.

Tenho que criticar a equipe do hotel pelo apartamento disponibilizado totalmente sem estrutura ,o banheiro nao tinha nem armario ou algo similar para deixar as coisas e alem do mais nao foi feita s limpeza do quarto no primeiro dia .assim sendo foi providenciada a troca para outro apt.porem tive problemascom o chuveiro que estava com a indicacao errada de quente e fria.
