"This home was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. The host was very receptive and responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. He was very helpful with information.The home was beautiful, meticulously clean, and had beautiful views in all directions from every window. It was also a great location, close to a bus stop, wellness center, cross-country ski trails, and an easy walk into the town of Pettneu."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
