「Service is good」

「This hotel was on the banks of the Rhine and our room had a lovely view of the river. The whole hotel was clean, modern and comfortable after being recently renovated. The food in the dining room was varied and very tasty and was served as a buffet. One small improvement would be to have drink making facilities in each room. Overall a great stay」

「Easy parking, kaufland and lidl nearby, comfort bed. Minus: no staff after 8pm, make sure you checkin before 8pm. I will sure choose this hotel again for my future trips.」

「Very friendly staff. despite electro outage, theytried their best. Clean ample rooms. Most convenient overnight for visiting Eltz Castle. Surroundings provide excellent hiking possibilities. Otherwise it is just a 20 min drive to the Mosel with more activities over steep windy roads. 」

We enjoyed freshly renovated, well-equipped cosy but big rooms, comfortable bed and of course the cherry on a cake: beautiful big terrace to enjoy. Would highly recommend it to anyone exploring this beautiful area and look forward getting back there soon. 」

「早在到酒店雖然未能check-in, 但職員說可放低行李在電梯旁通道, 雖然應承可送上房間, 但晚上回來仍見到各行李原封不動未有遺失, 足見住客們及職員老實。房間只供應ㄧ支500ml免費樽裝水其餘要收費。另外, 最好玩是花灑浴室冇趟門, 冲涼時可弄濕整間廁所, 冇得頂。」
