「It was clean and had what I needed, bed shower」

「Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks」

「Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. 「Very comfortable room close to transport」

「The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel staff also contacted me by sending a reminder 48 hours ago before I check in.」

「friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking」

「Refused entry after payment with confirmation number, manager is untrustworthy, dishonest and a liar.」
