「Our favorite parts of the house were the back deck overlooking the lake and the water trampoline. Our kids loved playing in the water and taking over the lower level of the house. The home was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.」

「Was the kind off up north cabin we like, my family of 12 had enough room to move around pretty easily, had everything you need. Being right on the "waters edge"was nice. the swimming area could use some work, but the kids used it.」

「First of all, when we arrived we noticed a great deal of garbage dispersed all over the exterior of the property. There were lighters, cans, plastic, broken bird feeders, and cigarette butts throughout the outdoor space. We picked up as we went along, but likely did not get everything that was left by others. A few of the chairs in the kitchen are really loose and on the verge of breaking. We were very careful which chairs we used during our stay as to not make them worse, but they need some...

「First time renting this house, and we’ll be back again. Plenty of space to spread out, with our 4 kids and their families, never felt like we were on top of each other, which can happen quickly. Kitchen needs a bit more space, but that would be my only area to improve on. House was clean and no issues with anything. Our spot on Catfish Lake was tucked away from most boating traffic. The dock is a bit wobbly when boat waves get large, but all in all a great week for us」

「We had a wonderful stay in Phelps with our large group. Everyone loved the lake access, yard, hot tub, game room, and theatre. The Vacasa local staff were super responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with a burnt-out light. We would love to come again!」
