We frequently stay at this Holiday Inn and it never disappoints! It’s very central, easy to walk everywhere! The room is very pleasant and the beds are very comfortable! Breakfast is good with lots of choice! The staff are all very pleasant and helpful!

The customer service was top notch. We checked in at 1 am and the person checking us in was friendly, efficient and offered suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and even though we had street views, it was so quiet. I loved the location as well. Truly, the customer service is what ensures we will book there when we visit Philly again.

Staff were very friendly and best part of the stay. There were guests next door practicing their guitar all night. The walls must be super thin because it sounded like they were in my room. Security eventually to their room and politely asked them to quiet down which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't get much rest.

It was clean and the staff is friendly. Parking is close and convenient but the elevator wasn’t working which meant we had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. It was not fun doing that with luggage.

Our room key was given to another customer and he walked in our room. They corrected it quickly. Garage pass didn't work. Not sure what happened with Expedia but I reserved 2 rooms and they only had 1 for me.

This hotel had a great breakfast that the staff was constantly restocking. Absolutely the best choices Ive seen since before covid. The rooms were cozy and the pillows were amazing. It is within walking distance to so many fun things in Philly. Parking was not spectacular but in a city I dont think it always is. Gwen at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Hidden gem
We were in Philadelphia because my son had a surgical procedure at Wills Eye Hospital. Hotel was conveniently close by, had its own parking garage and was well-kept. Room was great, although bathroom was kind of small. List of restaurants for dinner provided at front desk was gigantic help. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again.
